Efficiency sealed with smiles

I visited ABSA Bank in Eastgate on two different occasions, both towards closing times. First to change personal details and second to amend power of attorney.

Mulalo, the Manageress, always has a polite smile and fast solutions to make sure all clients are seen to on arrival and that their needs are met.

Prudence, wow, she is amazing. On handing her my documents we had a friendly conversation about family and lifestyle and before I knew it she was done capturing all my details. I was fortunate to deal with Prudence again the second time around, she stated the process she was going to follow and assured she would call to confirm when everything is in order- I was astonished when I received her call this morning!

Absolutely efficient staff and service! What a lovely experience ABSA Eastgate.

Did I also mention that my babies flask leaked on our way to the bank and the staff gladly refilled it with hot water ?It's the small things that count-I'd drive any day through any traffic to be assisted at ABSA Eastgate.
