in december i received acall from one of ABSA ACTIVATE agents who told me they were running a promotional if i get a qoute from them i will pay R950 for my car inurance ,when it was time for them to debit me ,absa charged me a whole R1400 .now it shows on the app that my premiums are R1300 every month.ive been trying to contact absa for 2 months now ,i even went to the branch,even the branch says absa activate is the pits and not to be trusted.i just want to cancel this insurance because how i do i have insurance with ************* company that doesnt pick up phones or respond to emails and doesnt stick to their agreements..wheres honesty and intergrity in your details?i will report this to the FSCA
