I'm on vehicle finance with absa avaf and happen that on the first of this month they were supposed to debit money for my vehicle finance but they couldn't because it was on Saturday but I was like let me pay it before I use the money so I paid it, then during the week they also debited money and I tried calling them and one of their consultant gave me an email to contact them and did, then they rep**** me and said they'll refund me within 3 working days but now it's almost two weeks without being refunded and when I send emails they no longer reply back to me
