Needing assistance from the bank, Spent hours in bank trying to get someone to help fill in a form, spent hours trying to call another branch as the branch we are at couldn't help! <br> Got sent a message to say if we need help call the following number, Once I spoke to the person who sent message they then then gave me a few other numbers and the voice box of those people are always full so no option to leave a message for someone to call you back. <br> Why do they say they there to assist you when you cant get hold of anyone or the staff you speak to have no idea how to assist you!<br> Very BAD service, I am thinking of moving both my account and bond account due to this terrible service!<br> I have been trying to get help from 5th November 2015
