EASTGATE - NO TELLER/S DUE TO STUDY LEAVE

I would have preferred to give zero (0) stars but it seems it is not possible.

Bedfordview Absa branches are getting worse by the day.

Bedford Centre - You cannot walk into that branch for a teller as they do not offer that service there anymore!

Eastgate - teller is on study leave and will only be back on Friday the 14/06/2024, she has been on study leave since last week. Could Absa Head office or the Branch Manager at Eastgate not arrange for a replacement teller during her study leave - RIDICULOUS.

Once a Big bank but the service standards have dropped tremendously, no issue with Absa when I joined... but now they cannot employ more tellers at Eastgate branch it is quite a shock.

They renovated the branch, moved all the people that worked there to other branches and now you cannot even go into the bank for teller services. What has become of this bank.. from bad to worse daily And I am sure it is going to get worse..

Bedford centre should have tellers inside the bank!

Eastgate Managers should be assisting if staff are not in or on leave.. I mean there should be more than ONE teller!

Time to switch banks
