early detection
i would like to compliment my bank for the great service because i did not expect it. i transferred a huge big amount from my account and immediately i received a call from their office confirming if i'm aware of the said transaction as a security measure in addition to the pin and password and confirmation i have to do on my phone . i was really impressed with the service as it made me feel at ease with my account.
