Early debit orders

Absa allowed early debit orders and then went on to charge me R1145 for those reversed debit orders. Why should I pay something that was not my fault. I tried going to the branch even the manager was not willing to help. Guys if u have debit orders don't even think of opening an account at absa because they won't protect or help in any way.
