E-STATEMENTS NOT RECEIVED
I've not received an electronic statement since 2014/07/14.<br> I've just called the share call number appearing on the statement received and have been transferred from one department to another over a period of over 15 minutes. I was not assisted by any of the people I spoke to. This is unacceptable service.<br> <br> Kindly ensure that I receive my e-statements as arranged.
