duplicated credit card with bureaus

ABSA has duplicated my credit card on the bureaus. I have been calling and emailing with no response or assistance with the matter.

When i requested a replacement card with ABSA they replaced my mastercard with a VISA card. Instead of continuing to update on one account and updating the card number as they have previously done, a new account was opened with the bureaus ( with the same limit, same date opened). I have tried disputing with Transunion with no luck. I have been calling and emailing with no response or assistance with the matter. This is affecting my score and my potential to apply for credit.
