Duplicate Vehicle papers

Natis Feedback : ********** 5 Please send me a duplicate certificate of the vehicle details attached - I have paid my R325 and for the last week I have been trying to get feedback via email or the call centre. No one is answering the emails, although I received a read receipt. Is there anyone who can assist?
