Dublicate document for my car
I have been struggling to get a dublicate for my car documents,I settled the car in 2015 and lost my documents while moving before I could change the car to my name,so I called avaf and they sent me an email on how to request for the document so I did and paid R325 but now they telling me stories that I need to contact Nedbank for the documents,how when they were the ones who financed me?I am now selling my car and have resent the request for the documents with the old POP,I refuse to pay again and I need those documents as soon as possible,the email was sent from *** to *** with subject Payment Notification from MISS PHEPHILE S DLAMINI_YWB8HVMG

23 Dec 2021, 21:27I am totally disgusted by ABSA,I went back to Nedbank and MFC and been running around like a headless chicken only to find that they gave me wrong information,I am unable to get my car documents,I have sent them a reply in their gccsocialmedia email address that they have been communicating with with with,Iv sent the screenshots of the response from Nedbank/MFC confirming that they don’t have the natis documents,now my question is ,how is that the company that financed me doesn’t have a copy of these documents and Iv paid them in full,they even sent me a confirmation of me settling the car,why can’t ABSA help me by investigating this issue but instead they dismissing me,why do I feel like they are involved in some kind of *****,I need an explanation because I’m just not getting what’s happening here.
