dreaded disease claim

<p>I currently have a vehicle loan with absa, under the loan i have a credit life policy that covers for dreaded disease, retrenchment etc.</p> <p>i forwarded my claim forms claiming for dreaded disease on the 14th of September 2016 and I have not heard anything from absa. I was told by the consultants it takes 14 days then the assessor will contact me.</p> <p>I call every single day no one is getting back to me. I am currently off boarded from work with my current illness and not getting pain full salary. I sm frustrated financially as this cover was supposed to help with debit orders but I am getting no help</p> <p> </p>
