Dragonpass

I have already had this issue on hellopeter. I received an email recently telling me to register with Dragonpass but I don't want it and have sent a mail to the absa email address on the message but it does not belong to absa and they can't help me. I have sent a message to complaints on Absa website, no response. How can you just send an email and then deduct a fee for Dragonpass when I do not want it. No one at Absa is obviously a Dragonpass user or they would no that the service does not work and is impossible to use. Please rectify and reverse the fees deducted. If I were Absa I would get rid of this service and not annoy customers. My suggestion to all those wanting to use it DONT DO IT.
