Dragon Pass replaces Priority Pass
During 11/2014 I cancelled my Priority Pass Benefits which now has been migrated to new supplier namely Dragon Pass and benefit reactivated without signing up or opting in...Priority Pass cancellation totally ignored during this process and deductions from bank account activated again. It took 10 calls, 10 emails and visit to branch to activate cancellation once again and have refund effected. ABSA should have checked that cancelled Priority Pass not activated with migration to Dragon Pass - what quality process has been in place - none it seems. The inconvenience caused and deductions from bank account without any authorization is unacceptable.
