DOUBLE VEHICLE FINANCE CHARGES

Good day,

Every single month, Absa debits my vehicle finance twice, while my account is up to date. So every month, I have to call them and arrange for a refund.

Then the months where there are no funds for them to take my money (twice) I am held liable for the rejection charges and they do not refund that money, only the finance charges.

Not only that but, when reporting the problem, they keep telling me they can't remove the double debit orders??? They set it up, why can't they remove it?

This is negatively reflecting on my credit score, not to mention the money ****** and the "advances" they get by taking my money twice, then I have to wait a week for a refund, missing my other debit orders and paying those charges as well.

In short, an Absa account does not cost R98 as advertised. It costs roughly R600 per month.
