Double transaction fees charged

It appears that I am being double charged for transaction fees each time I use my debit card. For each transaction there is a four rand “transaction charge”, followed by a zero rand “transaction charge recovered” followed by another four rand charge! Can someone please urgently contact me in the regard and - refund me as far back as when it started and - resolve the problem going forward? This appears to have been going on for months.
