Double the trouble!

After taking out a personal loan, clearing stating and confirming that it will go off on debit order, they fail to put it on debit order. A payment was missed and I assumed that payments will only start end of December. A guy phoned me telling me that it was not paid. I rep**** to say that it was suppose to be debit order. Long story short, a lady phoned me and corrected it. Another one phoned me to make arrangements for the payment that was behind. It was agreed on three months. Now the debit order went off, and guess what... double payment went off!! That is absolutely pathetic, If this is the way Absa want to operate, I'm going to take my banking elsewhere!
