Double swipe on Debit card

> I have an issue when I happened to visit Food *****s Market on the 30/10/2017 and made a purchase for R 1,892.87 / The swiping machine declined on the first instance and the second time it was accepted. I have the receipt as per attached. I can see that one transaction was taken off my account already but this morning under my uncleared transactions I happen to see yet another duplicate of this transaction but it is already reflecting as off my account. > > I do not expect Absa to know the instance I have a duplicate transaction however, when you have two of the exact same amounts surely you reverse one of these within 48hrs at least. The fact that this is not reversed raises a lot of questions as I am uncertain as to how many times this has now been done prior to this. > > Please ensure that my uncleared transactions does not take this off my account as I will take this further on the principle that if I owed Absa Money you guys are relentless and blacklist me immediately. > > I am highly dissatisfied with this situation. > > I would like a speedy response. I have the receipt which I sent to your actionline and this was the response received :
