Double standards!!!!

Went to the ABSA I'm Denlyn formthe first time today and I am appalled by the double standards that they have. To see a consultant you have to wait on a que standing up as you would when you go to deposit at a teller. To add injury to the assualt,during the consultation there is no chair for you to sit down on,so of you are opening an account or taking out a loan at this specific branch you will be standing for these tire duration since you walk into the establishment until you (valued customer) are done with whatever you came for. Can ABSA please explain why this is and why in other branch with different demographics this is mother case. I'm 39weeks pregnant and had to be subject to such!!!! Very appalling!!!!!
