Double instalments
It's really unfortunate that I have to go this route in order to be assisted. I'm currently under debt review, and have submitted all necessary documents to the bank. I however still have a salary deduction of my Absa pension powered homeloan going through. This means I'm paying double instalments towards the account, as my PDA has also been paying. I can't seem to get hold on anyone to assist me get a refund of the 2 instalments. The telephone lines are either always busy, or I have to hold for a long time. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
