double deductions

<p>Good day </p> <p>I changed my debit order day to the 25th of every month for my vehicle finance. Now absa vehicle finance/ Mazdafin is making double payments every month and therefore negativity affecting my credit score. I tried to correct this telephonically but I'm told to go to the branch. I need to be reimbursed for the incurred bank charges and these double debit orders corrected.</p>
