double deduction

I filled up my vehicle at n fillingstation and swiped my card. On the 14th the money went off from my account (incl bank charges) on the 15th I received a sms cash withdrawn for that amount. Checked my account the money showed as a cash withdrawn and again bank charges. I phoned the call centre and and the lady said ABSA duplicated that transaction and will reverse it. I am still waiting for my money!
