Double deduction

In January of this year and July again, ABSA deducted twice in one month from my account. On 24th July when money was deposited in my account they deducted R1680 and again when my salary was paid on 31st July they deducted the same amount. I called, emailed but I am still waiting for my money back. I have other creditors I have to pay as well.
