Double debit order payment in 1 month.

I receive a SMS informing me I need to make a payment on my Credit Card on the 21st of Aug 2023. I phoned the call Centre; they inform me that's correct and that my normal debit order will still go off on the 28th of August 2023. Why must I pay my credit card for this month twice. This never happened before, and I always pay my account on time.

Please ABSA investigate this.

I'm not happy about the at all. This was never a requirement, and I did not change my debit order date.
