Double Debit Order

Hi,<br> <br> End of August my debit order bounced as my funds were only available 6 hours after you submitted the D/O.<br> <br> I subsequently paid the arrears by bank transfer as I wanted to move my debit order date to the 1st. Proof was mailed. <br> Move forward to End Sept. You now deducted the debit order twice.<br> I need the money back in my account today. I have other debit orders that need to go off, and is without enough funds. I hold ABSA responsible if other debit orders bounce and the cost thereof.<br> On top of that, I do not live in the SA anymore. I have to make international calls now, at a high expense, trying to sortout ABSA's incompetence.<br> Regards<br> EC du Plooy
