Double Debit every month

<p>I had a credit of R3045 in my vehicle finance account which i wanted to use to go against my instalment. My instalment has dropped slightly, but the problem is that I get debited twice every month. My normanl debit day is the 26 th. The debit order does go off, but then it goes off again on the 28th. I called ABSA and complained as this is affecting my credit record,and also accumalates alot of bank charges,due to unpaid debits. When they look at their systems they say there is only 1 debit order. </p> <p> </p> <p>they said they will take it up, but have not heard a single word from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Frustrated.........</p>
