DOUBLE DEBIT AND DEBIT ORDER DATE

I need my money to be paid into my account today. you double debit my account every single month and you telling ME that it doesn't reflect on your account whereas other departments can see it????.. what kind of service is that??????. im being debited on the 25th of every month, and suddenly you taking my money on the 24th and the 31st again. Where the hell do you think I get that kind of money from? I WANT MY MONEY PAID BACK TODAY!!!<br> <br>
