Double debit

Absa debited the car installments from my two bank accounts this month and the consultant Sizwe made things worse by not being honest that they had system issues. Such an inconvenience and there's no sense of urgency from them even though I explained the situation of urgent I need the money. The managers are not available for escalations, it's a joke. I am so annoyed
