Double Debit
It is highly unfair that I must wait 5 working days for a refund whereas the debit order reversal process seems quicker. Can you please speed up my refund process as I cannot honestly afford to wait for the funds for 5 working days. Having said that I will also like to thank you for the bond restructuring.
