double credit card balance affecting my Transunion

after being unemployed for a while a lot of my accounts fell behind. My Absa Virgin money credit card being one of them. I started paying off my debts and upon enquiring on Transunion who has listed me - Absa had listed me of which I know they have every right to do so However they Listed me twice for the something. I owe Absa R8000 however Absa has also listed Transunion saying I pay them R16000+ a month which is practically my take home and impossible. I can not move due this - I cant even apply for a jobs as my exposure is too much, I have called Absa Legal and Spoke to Witness who has been such great help and I have also spoken to Lorrain Mpela who was also helpful but could only do so much as apparently the department responsible to fix this they are not responding to emails and not answering calls (which department is this so they can all be fired ?). I have started calling Absa legal since February 2019 - and to date Almost May 2019 no one has assisted me and my query...Is this how your customers are treated ????? Can i get someone from this high place at Absa to call me so i can have my transunion fixed - this is my future ............my ID number is ********** 515089 and my cellphone number is ********** 161
