Double Charges
Double charged for credit cards fees. Charge on cheque acc and Credit Card acc

04 May 2026, 11:30The credit package I was on was R85.00 (R115.00 with facility charge).
My statements for April show R235.00 (should be R150.00 - Gold Cheque account) and R115.00 for the credit card.
I also went to go dig a bit furhter back all the way to when I got my first Gold credit card (Dec 2020). I have always been on a Gold bundle, but based on my statements I have been paying double every month since then for the credit card as it should of been included in my cheque account monthly fee. This is aleast R 1,400.00.
