Double-charged for credit card

I app**** for a credit card last month, and the monthly fee of R25 for Feb went through on 1 February. This amount was reflected on my credit card statement and has already been paid. As per the statement, an initiation fee of R135 was reflected as owing - this fee has been paid today by me. There should be a nil balance reflected on my credit card as all the payments as per the statement have been paid, however there is still a balance of R32.40 owing on this credit card. How is this possible? Are you double charging me for the monthly fee for February?<br> <br> I am very dissatisfied about this
