I was send an wallet via their app because I forgot my pin I'm supposed to go through this facial biometric to confirm my account, they have been offline there whole day,20.05.2025, I was suppose to go for an interview I could not because of no access to funds due to system offline of a reputable bank. I then went to northmead square branch where I was told to bring ID or drivers license, I produce the required after making efforts to access the funds, now I'm told to bring proof of res and ID.
