Don't use Absa Bank for your non-res payments

I've been dealing with Absa's Non-resident Hub for the last couple of months to get the paper work in order for them to process an international payment. I've promptly provided them with all the documentation they requested but it seems that they are either intentionally dragging their feet or have unskilled or clueless people working for them. Whatever you do, stay away from Absa Bank when it comes to international ron-res payments. They have no desire to help you. They address their emails to me with "Dear Valued Customer". What a joke.
