Don't Use ABSA

DO NOT USE ABSA FOR INSURANCE!!!! Their service is beyond horrible, their app never seems to work and I always struggle to get a hold of someone. I submitted a claim for my car a month ago, I still haven't received a claim number after sending emails and calling multiple times sending my claim form to the consultant I was speaking to whom promised to get back to me, still nothing!!!!. I am now at a point where I'm going to change banks cause their service is just horrific.
