Dont trust ABSA with your flexibond

Pity i cannot select a zero star. Dont trust ABSA with a flexibond. We paid in R**** extra into our homeloan and ABSA stole it - we cannot acces it. ABSA, wake up. My ref no of 3/12 is ***2 and again i called today (19/12). Twice you failed to to sort it out. Next i will go to the ombudsman. Pieter
