Don't open a business account with Absa

The worst decision I've made was opening my business account with absa. The amount of money I have wasted on phone calls and then this morning phoned and asked why I can't print my statements online.. Being told you should be able to and then proceed again to put me on hold forever... Wasting my airtime once again!!! I had to put the phone down because I am wondering if the banks get a kick back on people's airtime

Hi I just have to share this: I still can't get a statement...and their phone is not working. For that matter, phoned regarding my absa credit card, shows I am registered for rewards...nothing happening their either. So thinking of just moving in total to another bank.
