Don't offer an email option if you refuse to provide support via email

Sent an email saying I wanted to move my accounts from fnb. home loan, credit card, check account, savings.

It took over a week to get a response. Rather than send document xyz the response was "please call ***"

I respond saying I DO NOT WANT TO CALL. Which one would think is logical since I chose the email option, not a phone call.

absa responds back, "please call xyz"

Well absa, thanks very much for your professional service and a big **** you! Considering I work for a business that provides very regular service to absa via email, I wonder what the response would be to my refusal to assist via email? Nah sorry, even though the documents / queries can be handled via email, I just want to provide absolute **** service for your needs as an individual, so please call in and waste your time on the phone for an hour being tossed around from one *********** person to the next who can't speak English properly because we're just too lazy to assist you via email like we advertise as a means for support! Great ****ing job
