Dont offer a service that you cant fulfill

<p>Your cellphone banking is the worst. I constantly struggle to purchase electricity via this platform. Why offer this service if you cant fulfill it at all? Such a big corporation but cant get the simple things right</p>

Its now a week later and .... Nothing.... Just proves my point once again.... Nobody has contacted me.... Clearly service does not exist with this brand. I think its time to change banks......
