Don't know whose worse between Absa Bank or Capitec Bank!

I am so disappointed with Absa Bank. They have decided to go into my Capitec account without my permission and debited their personal loan. They also went and debited me again onto my Absa account. I wonder what caused the panic! How do you trust a bank that goes into your account without your permission and take your money just because you owe them. This is what we call the abuse of power! I went into one of their branches today to dispute the second debit order but was told they are unable to, had to hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone from their call center only to be told to call again tomorrow. I also tried to dispute this with Capitec but was told they do not have permission to do so but funny enough I am the account holder. 2 big banks with the worst service ever.
