Don't invest your money in ABSA

I really regret choosing ABSA to put my money in a trust. The service is extremely bad. If I get a reply from my emails from Akhona / Blessing or if they answers or returns my phone calls it will snow in south Africa. If I knew I was going to get this service or them actually administrating my funds/account I would have definitely have chosen another bank. It has been years of frustration from them lying, not paying on time where I can't get my monthly medication due to them not paying on time when I have submitted all on time. If I don't take my medicine I can end up in hospital due to a car accident I was in. I have emails with proof of all my frustration I have had to go through with ABSA trust really don't feel like having to type pages with everything I have gone through. I will be closing all my son's and my accounts with ABSA as I no longer have confidence or trust ABSA Trust
