dont go with absa life they just want your money agents do nothing

took out life insurance with them . wanted them to add it to my excising life insurance as i now have 2 boys both should be getting something . then there agent removed my one boy and still opend 2life insurances that i am still paying for . i told him its not what i requested . i am still paying it but is is a mess since december . no word from absa to fix. it must be fixed and refunded . it must be correct this is important stuff yet your agent did not care only cared about there cut , i have all of this on email . URGENTLY FIX AND REFUND . its life policies it is important . yet no response or correction ,
