Don't give a damn about clients

I app**** for a loan last week. The quote was sent to me but I was never phoned back by the Agent for approval. The quote is only active for 5 business days and today is the last day (it is 3pm now). I also phoned your Loan department Friday, told that my application is with an agent and they will phone me back. It's now 3 days later. I have been a client of ABSA for over 16 years and I have all my product at the bank. This is by far the worse service I have ever received by any bank and this is why I will be moving over to another bank end of this month.
