DONT GET A HOME LOAN THROUGH ABSA

Hello Peter <br> <br> I would like to complain about my request for a home loan through ABSA . <br> 1st when I app**** for my loan I had a reply form FNB and Standard bank within 3 days . With ABSA it took me a whole week and got a final reply on April 13 . I then sent it back to be revised as I wanted to apply for a 30 year term and for them to give me a bigger percentage of the loan as they only gave me a 85% loan as a 1st time buyer.I have phone the call centre on *** and they have \escalated"it almost 30 time now which i think is a quick fix to get someone of the phone . It has been 17 days since and I still don't know what to tell the home owner . My purchase contract with the seller ends 4th May and I have officially ran out of time waiting on ABSA. I have been a loyal client of ABSA and Will now be moving all my account to another bank .I Will also explain my situation on all available social media sites . This is suppose to be the happiest time of my life but has now turned into the most horrible experience I have ever had .
