Don't Finance your car through ABSA

I have had a terrible experience with Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance in the last 6 months. Due to unforseen circumstances I had fallen behind on a few payments, however I managed to pay up to an entire month ahead. The statement was up to date. I'm currently being harrassed via phone calls, whatsapp, smses and email correspondence, regarding an account in arrears, while my statement clarifies that I am not. Their lack of communication between their departments has been quite frustrating. I recently got an option to refinance my car through FNB, it may be a longer term, but it is definitely tempting after the dismal experience I have had with ABSA.
