Don't expect to mourn a death person through Absa!

We went into the branch as the call centre said we can collect a death claim form, the 2 ladies at reception in Key West Absa is extremely rude, the one even grabbed my phone out of my hand, don't be surprised next time a customer smacks her as I was very close.... we were there around 10:00am. Laziest people that you can possibly have at the front reception! Will not recommend anyone to work through Absa through a difficult time, while mourning a lost one!
