Don’t ever use your ABSA Black card at Woolworths Financial Services. It’s a ****

Woolworths *****ing my money through their ABSA Black Card I bought an overseas return ticket on my Black Woolworths card. Phone their call centre to confirm my dates of travel and went to their store hub in Somerset West dealing with the most *********** staff. They call themselves Woolworths Financial Services backed by ABSA. Due to Corona 19 I could not travel and Woolworths refuse to payout the insurance which is the value of the ticket. All Black Visa cards have a default of insuring you mr flight in full in the event of cancellation. Woolworths denies this and is totally non responsive. I have escalated it to the CEO’s office Zyda, without any success. Please advise details of the Ombudsman.
