Don't count in ABSA to assist with ***** claim!!

ABSA ***** department is the worst. Reported a ***** case on my account and submitted everything as requested on the same day. No one is communicating with me about case progress. I constantly have to call and email to be on the receiving end of automated responses. To think I left my previous bank for ABSA three months ago and this is the treatment I get. Money missing in my account and a ***** department that doesn't care!
