Dont care that attitude

Hallo, I phoned in this afternoon and reqeusted the vehicle department to give me a better interest rate than what im currently have on my car at 12.5%. My fiancia is with another bank and get a intrest rate of 11%. I phoned that bank and they are willing to give me the same. I notify Absa that if they could match it or better it instead of me going through all the financing all over again. Ive been with Absa with my first saving account from 16 im now 25 so 9 years with Absa. All my banking is with Absa cheque, credit, finance, insurance, 32 day account etc. If they cannot treat there long term clients with better option whatsthe need of me being with them. IT A SIMPLE THING WHERE I COULD SAVE A BIT OF MONEY TO INVEST IN SOMETHING FOR THE FUTURE, IF THEY LOWER THE INTREST THEY STILL MAKE MONEY. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS. DISAPOITMENT!!!!!!
