Don’t care service absa Lydenburg

I made the card purchases 17/01/2026 at Siyabonga hardware for R3000, purchases went off twice from my account. Went to absa Lydenburg 23/01/2026 and was told money is hanging somewhere they don’t know, so I must come back. So I must come back again, went to absa Lydenburg branch again 31/01/2016 still no help and was told to come back on Wednesday 04/01/2026. Will I ever get help from absa or it’s just going to be up and down like you now. Funds are available however I can’t withdraw. This is unacceptable absa Lydenburg branch
